Tigerbrain Engineering, Inc. was founded by John R. Anderson, Ph.D., P.E. The firm specializes in pavement evaluation, design and engineering for aviation, roadway and intermodal projects. We have grown into a corporation fully capable of addressing the diverse tasks required of military and civilian sectors. Our pavement engineers have designed, built or rehabilitated more than 165 pavement projects around the world.
