The Global Business Development Manager will travel both nationally and internationally to military installations and conferences to meet with the decision makers to secure company contracts. The company marketing department will provide the needed marketing material and process the corresponding proposals. This position will work closely with company officers and arrange for follow-up meetings with the company President or appropriate company VP.

  • Initiate contacts, conduct cold calling, and develop target clients
  • Develop capture strategies to secure contracts
  • Supervise the Marketing Departing in proposals, RFP’s, teaming agreements, and bid searches
  • Must be willing to travel weekly both nationally and internationally
  • Prior military experience not required but would very beneficial
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments under set deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must communicate effectively and interact well with people, especially with military personnel
  • Prior military experience desired, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Standard Form 330 (SF 330) desired, but not required


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in global business development
  • Applicant must be a US citizen and capable of passing US security background checks
  • US military contract requirements do not allow dual-citizenship or non-US citizens
  • Applicant must pass drug screen and driving record check
  • Applicant must be willing to acquire all required vaccinations necessary for travel


  • Competitive pay commensurate with experience, starting at $85,000
