The successful candidate will assist and coordinate data and content for the timely submission of Company proposals to the Department of Defense and other clients. Occasionally participate in events and conferences, client data search, literature development, and face-to-face client interaction. This person will report to and work closely with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, and assist other departments as needed. The position may have U.S. based travel with senior marketing executives and international travel is possible.

Internet and digital marketing experience is irrelevant to this position due to the nature of Tigerbrain's projects.

  • Participate in the timely response to Department of Defense RFPs, RFIs, and Sources Sought opportunities including sourcing of proposal content and images
  • Prepare SF 330s for Department of Defense submittals
  • Coordinate the creation and maintenance of employee resumes
  • Coordinate the creation and maintenance of project profile sheets
  • Participate in opportunity searches through internet, outreach campaigns and other efforts
  • Assist in the development and production of Marketing brochures/materials
  • Assist with research and reports as needed to support team
  • Ability to travel to different engineering based conferences, set up booths, interaction with potential clients/government officials
  • Other duties as may be assigned

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0-3 years’ experience in Marketing, ideally in AEC industry or related marketing field
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, English, or Journalism preferred; or 4+ years’ experience in Marketing for an Engineering firm will be considered
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign) preferred
  • Knowledge of WordPress a plus
  • Have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Be creative and able to work independently
  • Are flexible, organized, and able to multi-task
